mr. drs. Uka Maassen RV (1975)

Before the foundation of Trigentis in 2006, Uka Maassen was employed at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Amsterdam, where he was involved in various (inter)national M&A transactions. With his background in law and economics, Uka was also engaged with valuations, amongst others for the Dutch Competition Authority (NMa). After completing the postgraduate program Business Valuation (Rotterdam School of Management), Uka was recognized as RV (Registered Valuator) by the SWBO (Association for Business Valuations) and registered as such with the NIRV (Dutch Institute for Registered Valuators). Uka also appears as an expert valuator for several courts.

mr. Boudewijn Muurmans (1944)

After completing his studies Dutch Law at Radboud University Nijmegen (1970) and Tax Law at Tilburg University (1972), Boudewijn Muurmans started his early career years as a tax advisor after which he gained experience as a corporate lawyer working for the Melchior Group in Maastricht. In 1978 he founded ‘Muurmans Advocaten’ in Maastricht, which has developed into a medium-sized firm with specializations in several legal areas. After successfully completing the Grotius course insolvency law in 1998, Boudewijn can be recognized as a ‘specialist’ in this area. Since 2008 Boudewijn became involved with Trigentis and next to these activities he is active within several board memberships.

drs. Bart Hendrix (1969)

After obtaining his master degree in Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam, Bart Hendrix  started his career in corporate banking within ABN AMRO Bank and Rabobank International. After 10 years of banking experience he switched to private equity and M&A, working for HTP Investments (private equity), Aeternus (M&A boutique) and most recently EY (business unit mergers & acquisitions). Bart has worked on many (international) M&A deals in the past 14 years and joined Trigentis in 2020.

drs. Jeroen van Donzel (1972)

After completion of his study Business Administration at the University of Groningen, Jeroen van Donzel started working at a company specialized in POS materials and store design. He then moved to a family-owned business, which consisted of several furniture and kitchen shops. After the sale of the different entities within the family-owned business, Jeroen continued his career as a consultant at an independent M&A office, which later merged with the corporate finance department of a mid-sized accountancy firm. As a consultant Jeroen participated in a broad range of buy and sale transactions in the SME sector, both national as international. Since early 2016 Jeroen is part of the Trigentis team as an merger and acquisition advisor.

drs. Marlon Putter (1981)

After his studies Economics at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, Marlon started working at Deloitte Transaction Services. After 5 years of gaining experience in the M&A (and more specifically, due diligence) sector, he switched to Marktlink Fusies & Overnames with a focus on small to medium-sized enterprises. As Partner at Marktlink, Marlon has advised many entrepreneurs on buy and sell-side transactions during the past 10 years, amongst others in the IT, e-commerce, trade and installation services sector. As of 1 August 2022, Marlon is active at Trigentis and is responsible for the Amsterdam office.

drs. Carlos Gonzalez (1974)

After obtaining his master degree in Business Economics at Maastricht University, Carlos Gonzalez started his career at a consultancy firm, after which he has been employed as controller at several (inter)national enterprises, both on a permanent basis as well as in interim positions. With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, Carlos became part of the Trigentis team in 2015 as a controller.

drs. Sophie Wolthers (1994)

After completing Master degrees in Finance and Accounting at Maastricht University (2017),  Sophie Wolthers started working as a lecturer at Maastricht University’s Accounting and Information Management department. In 2019 she started working as consultant Mergers & Acquisitions at EY, after which she entered the Trigentis team in 2021.

Patrick Oliemeulen (1971-2015)

We will always have Patrick Oliemeulen in our memories. Patrick was one of the driving forces behind Trigentis and has passed away in 2015. His dedication, knowledge and creative ideas have had a big contribution to where we stand now.
